Do I really need a floating handguard?
I want to do some target shooting with my AR15. It is a 16 "223 barrel.'s Rail to float a difference in distances up to 250-300 meters? Should I spring for a regular rail are not free floating? Thanks!
if you shoot with a sling tight or use a thin bipod and put pressure on the barrel and the probable cause of the development impact. For the exact picture you want a forearm floating. For just plinking, informal working range, and yes, even fire fighting is unnecessary. I'm not even sure I bother changing the guard hand, if I was not going to float freely in place.
