How to delay responding to jobs offered by the recruiting agency, pls advice ..?
I had a job offer (A MNC) through a recruitment agency, is a 1 year contract. Any idea how I can postpone the confirmation? I can not access directly to human resources and Mrs. seem interested recuritment Agency to close as soon as possible the face! : (I have little interest, that the scope of employment is the same as my current job, I think that there is no improvement, but I have two other interviews with multinationals, Thursday and Friday night we really have much interest, and if I get the work stabilize the higher position. Recruiters are paid when you accept the job and start working, so there is little incentive to put pressure on you. I be honest and tell your agent you really want to make two further talks before making a decision, and you will not be pressure in the meantime. If you take the pressure, you can try to go to another agent. After all, will help you find the right job, "not only" employment ". Good luck!
